Bueckers Drops 34 in Second Round Win

UConn overcame a slow start to defeat South Dakota State, 91-57, in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

The Huskies were propelled by a 21-point first half from Paige Bueckers, who tied a career-high with 34 points in her final game at Gampel Pavilion. Azzi Fudd finished with 17 points while Strong added 15.

South Dakota State came out the gate with no fear despite being the underdogs in enemy territory.
