Geno Auriemma is always waiting for Blanca Quiñonez to make a mistake.
Every time UConn takes the court, the coach looks for a moment where the freshman shows her age, not so he can use it as a teaching opportunity (though that doesn’t hurt) but to keep his own expectations in check.
“I thought, ‘Blanca can't go a whole game without doing something that I can show on the film that lets me remind myself she's 18 years old.
