Serah Williams doesn’t have much postseason experience. During her three years at Wisconsin, she went 0-3 in the Big Ten tournament and never appeared in March Madness. As a sophomore, she helped the Badgers to the quarterfinals of the WNIT. That’s it.
On Saturday, Williams made up for lost time. In her first Big East Tournament game, she starred with a game-high 14 points on 7-8 shooting to go with six rebounds in UConn’s 84-39 victory over Georgetown.
