UConn Football's NFL Draft History

UConn football has been an FBS program since 2000, but they have had 29 draft picks in that span, the majority occurring during the Big East era. The first pick came in 2005, and surprisingly, it was not Dan Orlovsky. It was LB Alfred Fincher, a 3^rd rounder to New Orleans. Orlovsky would have to wait until the 5^th round.
