The Football Huskies are not quite finished yet with a 2026 recruiting class that totaled over 70 players, as they add JUCO DB Jalen Brown. Brown, an Orlando native, spent one season at the City College of San Francisco. In eight games, he totaled 22 tackles, two for loss, and three pass breakups. He also returned four kicks for 86 yards, including a long of 61.
He was sought after at the conclusion of the season, notching offers from Louisiana Tech, Auburn, and UConn. Brown will be on campus for summer ball and entering the competition in the secondary, most likely at corner, which should be fierce as the Huskies added nearly all new pieces, including Fresno State transfer Jayden Davis, and Toledo transfers Tyler McKinstry, and Braedyn Moore.
Class of 2027 commits will be occurring before you know it, so stay tuned to Storrs Central for all of the football recruiting news as it happens.
