Not many people can understand exactly how Dan Hurley and the UConn Huskies feel after winning back-to-back championships, but Niels Giffey comes close. He was part of two championship teams as a member of the Huskies from 2010-2014 and coincidentally hoisted trophies in 2023 and 2024 with his Bayern Munich hoops squad in Germany.
