While the opening to the regular season against Cornell was a simple win, things can get complicated quick for UConn women’s basketball. The non-conference is a gauntlet once again for the Huskies, and it begins against #5 Michigan.
Last season, when these two teams matched up it was defined by individual quarters of dominance from both sides and down to the wire finish. UConn found themselves up big due to winning the first quarter 22-5.
