There are always consequences to success. Whenever a team wins a lot, others will try to poach from its ranks. 

It happens in college and the pros. They can go after your players, as they did with Nahiem Alleyne and Samson Johnson, and probably others, offering role players larger roles than they might have had with UConn. Competitors can go after the coaching staff; poaching a key lieutenant can weaken a powerful team and help bring in that coveted “championship DNA.
