Hurley on his extension and the state of the team

UConn and head coach Dan Hurley announced a new, six-year, $50 million contract for the two-time reigning national champion and 2024 Naismith Coach of the Year on Monday, making him one of college basketball’s highest-paid coaches and also paying him more than most NBA coaches.
