UConn Football Pod: Week 1 Recap

UConn football opened its season with a rough, disappointing performance that ended with a 50-7 loss to Maryland. The Huskies were outplayed on both sides of the ball and also had their share of special teams gaffes. 

Despite the disappointing elements, including tackling, injuries, penalties, and unforced errors, we end with a discussion on the positive elements displayed and what UConn can build on going forward.

We also walked through UConn’s future opponents and how they fared in college football’s Week 1 action.
