Huskies To Visit White House On Sept. 10

STORRS – The 2023-24 UConn men’s basketball team will be honored at the White House on Tuesday, Sept. 10 in Washington. The Huskies will be making their sixth trip to the White House for a post-championship reception.

Connecticut will visit on the same day as the 2023-24 South Carolina women’s team, as the two championship programs will be welcomed by President Biden for a celebration.  

UConn went 37-3 in its historic 2023-24 campaign, setting a program record for wins and winning the BIG EAST regular season, BIG EAST Tournament and NCAA Championship. The Huskies became the first team in 17 years to go back-to-back and won the sixth national title in the storied program’s history.
