Interview with New DC Matt Brock

-UConn won’t be running a strict 3-3-5 scheme. At times it’ll be a 4-2-5, with the middle safety acting as a MLB.

-3-3-5 has been developed to gain an edge when a team doesn’t have the same talent as who they’re lining up across. 

-Goal is to make the offense more reactive, and the defense can be the aggressor.

-There isn’t a specific type of player that succeeds in this system, rather the staff needs to adapt the system meet the players they have.
