Would it be possible to make a way to tag people in posts/replies? For example, if I'm on the General MBB Discussion thread and I say something or ask a question for someone to see, can I tag them in the post? So it would be like "@Mr.UConn did you see this recruit we're looking at?" Or something like that?

Not possible right now. The best way to do this would be to reply to their most recent post in the forum so it notifies them directly.
