UConn women’s basketball head coach Geno Auriemma held his 21st annual Geno for the Kids charity golf tournament Monday at the Hartford Golf Club, taking some time to answer questions about the event and the upcoming season.
The Huskies are back in the gym, Auriemma said. The team regathered after an offseason spent celebrating the program’s 12th national championship, and has begun summer conditioning workouts around June 1.
