UConn had a number of new faces making their debuts in Monday night’s exhibition win over Boston College, including freshmen Braylon Mullins and Eric Reibe, who started in a lineup where Tarris Reed Jr. and Silas Demary Jr. sat with injuries.

Reibe, the presumptive backup center, may have had the brightest performance of the night. He was assertive, skillful, and solid defensively, though he did quickly reach two fouls in the first half.
