NEWARK — UConn men’s basketball delivered an inconsistent performance on Wednesday night, but it was dominant enough at its peak to allow them to hold on for the win. The Huskies are 7-0 to start Big East play for the first time since the 1998-1999 season and have now won 13 in a row.

At 14-2 with wins over Providence, Creighton, and NC State, Seton Hall earned its way into the Top 25 before hosting UConn on Wednesday night.
