UConn men’s basketball posted a comfortable victory at Villanova on Saturday, an encouraging sign after losing to Creighton and hanging on by a thread to beat Georgetown before that.
“We played elite-level defense, and we were pretty sharp on offense,” Dan Hurley said after the game.
It was the kind of outing the Huskies were hoping to have more often in league play.
