On Wednesday night, in the most highly anticipated game of the Big East schedule, UConn men’s basketball delivered a beating for the ages against a team that had defeated them decisively three weeks ago.
The Huskies were up by seven after the first 3:11. The lead grew to 12 by the 10:00 mark, and it got up to 20 after a Braylon Mullins three-pointer before landing at 15 at the break.
This time, after building a lead, UConn (26-3, 16-2 Big East) did not let up.
