The Aftermath: Paige Bueckers wastes no time taking over in exhibition

For the first 2.5 minutes of UConn’s exhibition on Sunday, Paige Bueckers started like she had any other game in her career. She sat back, allowing her teammates to take the first four shots.

Then Bueckers diverged from her past self. At the 7:30 mark of the first quarter, she flipped a switch and took over. Bueckers started off with a jumper, then followed it up with another mid-range bucket.
